GREEK BOUYIOURDI

Bouyourdi hardly needs a recipe, it is such a tasty recipe. My friend recently taught me how to cook this simple but amazing dish at our housewarming/bbq. It's a great appetizer, side dish or something quick to cook to pick on.

Ingredients:
-
1 Tomato, vine-ripened
-
Feta cheese
-
1 Serrano pepper
-
Olive oil
-
1 baguette
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 430˚F (220°C).
Roll out two pieces of aluminum foil.
Drain the Feta cheese block and place the square on top of the two aluminum foils. Slice the tomato carefully into thin pieces, and spread them over the feta cheese.
Slice the serrano pepper and spread over sliced tomatoes and feta.
Drizzle liberally with olive oil, so the feta mixture is swimming in about half an inch.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the feta turns a light-golden color and the oil is sizzling.
Serve immediately with a baguette.
